Easter Camp Training – Squad Gymnasts
Artistic | Aerobics | Development | Floor & VaultWe will be running our Easter Camp Training for all squad gymnasts. The primary focus of this camp will be new skills and body preparation, ensuring athletes continue to progress beyond competition syllabus requirements.
Camp Focus
All squads will take part in:
Daily strength and conditioning
Flexibility and mobility training
Technical body preparation for advanced skills
Development of new moves (not just competition syllabus elements)
Our Aerobic gymnasts will dedicate this time to competition preparation as they build towards their first event in April.
After lunch each day, gymnasts will begin working on GymFusion display routines.
Please note:
To be eligible to enter GymFusion, gymnasts must attend a minimum of two full camp days. This ensures they are adequately prepared and can safely and confidently perform their display work.
If your child will not be participating in GymFusion, please:
Book half-day squad training only (8:30am–12:30pm), or
Inform us in advance so we can allocate them to our recreational camp programme for the afternoon session.
Clear numbers are essential for safe planning, choreography allocation, and appropriate coach ratios.

Time: 8:30am – 3:00pm daily
All squad gymnasts are strongly encouraged to attend wherever possible.
If your child is unable to attend any of the dates above, please inform us as soon as possible so that training groups can be structured effectively.
What to Bring
Please ensure your gymnast brings:
Plenty of fluids
A nutritious snack and packed lunch
No nut products (strictly no nuts on site)
Outdoor training
Sun cream and hat if weather is hot
