FLOOR & VAULT COMPETITION TEAM
Saturday 8am - 9:30am
This is a mixed class for boys and girls hand picked by our coaches. The FV team is a branch of our competitive squad, which gives gymnasts of all ages more opportunities to progress and compete in gymnastics. This team only train and compete on floor and vault.
IAC SPORTS AEROBICS SQUAD
Thursday 5.30-7pm
Saturday 10:30-11:30am
Our newest sessions for younger gymnasts to introduce them to Sports aerobics gymnastics. IAC aerobic gymnasts train twice a week and are given the opportunity to compete regionally.
DEVELOPMENT SQUAD
Thursday 5.30pm - 7:45pm
Saturday 8am - 9:30am
This class for girls ages 5-7yr old that show potential to be a squad gymnast. We will slowly build up training hours from 2 hours to 6 hours over the course of training, depending on your child‘s progress and age. At this point they would progress to the main squad.
WOMEN‘S ARTISTIC SQUAD
Tuesday 5pm - 7:45pm
Thursday 5:30pm - 7:45pm
Friday 5:30-8pm
Saturday 8am - 9:30am
* Times and days may vary depending on age.
Squad train three times a week and are expected to attend each training session.
( Different age group train various hours throughout the week)
SPORTS AEROBICS SQUAD

Saturday 8am - 9:30am
Sports aerobics train three times a week and compete in regional and national competitions.
