Grinch Hart Holiday Competition

We are excited to invite our Friday 7-8pm & Saturday 1.30-2.30pm Recreational classes to our annual November competition, the Grinchy Hart Holiday Competition 2025 Floor and Vault.   

 

It is the perfect chance to gain valuable competition practice in a supportive setting this competition is opn to other clubs outside of Hart Gymnastics Club.

 

Event Details Date: Sunday 30th November 2025

Venue: Court Moor Secondary School, Spring Woods, Fleet, GU52 7RY

Entry Fee: £35 per gymnast (spaces are limited)

Closing Date for Entries: 31st October 2025

Late entries cannot be accepted

Spectators

Spectator entry will be £5 per person. Tickets must be purchased in advance – a booking link will be shared one month prior to the event. Buy tickets here. 

 

Numbers

Gymnasts should design their own competition number in the theme of Grinchy Hart Holiday.

INFORMATION 

We are excited to welcome you to our annual Recreational Gymnastics Competition, taking place on Sunday 29th June at:

Court Moor Secondary School- Spring Woods, GU52 7RY

Please read the important information below carefully to ensure the day runs smoothly for everyone involved.

🕐 Arrival & Registration

  • Please arrive in good time for your child’s registration slot as per the running order which will be released the week commencing 10th October.

  • Late arrivals will not be permitted to compete.

  • Entrance: Rear of the hall (as per our usual one-way entry system)
    Exit: Through the front of the hall
    Note: You will not be allowed to enter the hall early, so please plan accordingly in case of rain.

👕 What to Wear

  • Gymnasts should wear their usual training clothes (e.g. leotard, shorts, t-shirt).

  • Hair must be tied up, and no jewellery is permitted.

  • Leotards are optional and available from our online shop.

🎨 Competition Number

  • Each gymnast has been assigned a competition number, found next to their name in the running order under “Comp Number”.

  • Please decorate this number in a gymnastics theme and present it on A4 paper or card.

  • Your child should hold this number – do not pin it to their clothing.

🤸 Competition Details

  • Gymnasts will perform a floor routine and vault, both of which will be taught during class.

  • Age groups are determined by the competition rules

  • Every gymnast will receive a certificate 

  • Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age group.

This is a fun and friendly opportunity for all gymnasts to experience a competition environment. We encourage all children to focus on participation, enjoyment, and personal achievement.

⚠️ Polite Reminder

  • Judges’ decisions are final. Not all gymnasts will receive medals, but all will be celebrated for their effort.

  • We kindly ask that parents do not contact the club regarding competition outcomes or judges' decisions.

🎟️ Spectator Tickets

  • All spectator tickets must be purchased in advance.

  • Please ensure you bring proof of ticket on the day.
