Service Description
Recreational gymnasts train 1 hour a week focusing on the basic gymnastics skills and having fun while keeping fit! This sessions is aimed at girls and boys aged 5-8 years old. SPRING TERM INFORMATION – JANUARY TO MARCH 2026 Term Dates Term starts: Week commencing 5th January 2026 Term finishes: Week commencing 16th March 2026 Last day of gymnastics: Saturday 21st March 2026 (Please note: All dates are subject to change. Please check regular communications for updates.) ________________________________________ No Sessions on the Following Dates • Week commencing 16th February – Half Term ________________________________________ Key Dates • Badge Week: WC 23rd February & WC 2nd March • Parent Watching Week: WC 9th March ________________________________________ Small Hall Use – Exam Period During the school exam period, all gymnastics sessions will take place in the small sports hall. Parents will be notified in advance via email and social media. ________________________________________ Holiday Camps & Events February Camp: 16th – 19th February 2026 (4 days) Please keep an eye on emails and social media for booking release dates. ________________________________________ British Gymnastics Membership Requirement Please note: All gymnasts must have a valid British Gymnastics membership within 2 weeks of attending their first class. This membership must be renewed annually and is purchased directly through British Gymnastics: https://www.british-gymnastics.org/memberships ________________________________________ Policies & Expectations Please ensure you have read our Recreational Handbook and Club Policies before attending sessions. These can be found here: https://www.hartgymnastics.org.uk/club-documents ________________________________________ Cancellation of Classes by Hart Gymnastics Club Occasionally it may be necessary to change or postpone sessions. Where this occurs, Hart Gymnastics Club will notify parents by email, letter, website, or Facebook. We reserve the right to cancel any class up to and including the day it is due to run. • If a replacement session is offered, no refunds will be given for non-attendance. • If a replacement session cannot be offered, a refund voucher code will be issued for use against the next term. ________________________________________ Joining After the Term Has Started If joining after the term has begun, please email: info@hartgymnastics.org.uk A coupon code will be provided so you pay the correct pro-rata fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY For existing members - No Refund will be issued once the session has begun. If your child does not wish to continue at Hart GC, we request you email info@hartgymnastics.org.uk so that the space can be offered to another child. New Gymnasts - if your child does not wish to continue, you can claim a refund for the term within 48hrs, this will be minus the cost of the first session. If after the second session, your child no longer wishes to participate they have an additional 48 hr period but will only receive 50% refund. After this, there will be no refund issued, we request you email info@hartgymnastics.org.uk so that the space can be offered to another child. Preschool Session - can attend 2 sessions and then 48hrs notice for refund minus the 2 sessions. On their 3rd session and within 48 hr period if your child does not wish to participate, you will only receive 50% refund. INFORMATION : Facebook: Facebook is one of our key communication portals, please like our hart gymnastics club Facebook page. We will post updates on here and reminders, if there are any changes to the schedule etc. As well as advertising upcoming events and sharing picture of what we do in class. Feel free to share anything we post and share our posts with your friends. Emails: Please save info@hartgymnastics.org.uk as a safe sender on your emails as sometimes our emails end up in junk or spam boxes. By doing this we can make sure everyone knows the information given.
