NEW VENUE CLASS: GEM Movement - 68 Albert Street, Fleet,GU51 3RN- (Formerly DFA Dance Studios.) Our recreational programme is designed for boys and girls aged 5–7 years. Gymnasts train 45 minutes per week, developing balance, coordination, strength and flexibility in a fun, structured environment that builds confidence and fitness. AUTUMN TERM INFORMATION September–December 2026 Term starts: Week commencing Monday 14 September 2026 Term finishes: Week commencing Monday 7 December 2026 Final session: Saturday 12 December 2026 Dates may change. Please check our emails, website and social media for updates. NO SESSIONS 26–30 October 2026: Half-term KEY DATES Sunday 29 November 2026: Invite-only Floor and Vault Competition Parent Watching Week: Date to be confirmed HOLIDAY CAMPS Summer Camp: 10–28 August 2026 Autumn Camp: 26–28 October 2026 Camps are open to members and non-members and can be booked through the Camp tab on our website. BRITISH GYMNASTICS MEMBERSHIP An additional cost applies. All gymnasts must hold valid British Gymnastics membership within two weeks of attending their first class. Membership is renewed annually and purchased directly from British Gymnastics: https://www.british-gymnastics.org/memberships POLICIES Please read our Recreational Handbook and Club Policies before attending: https://www.hartgymnastics.org.uk/club-documents CLASS CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS Sessions may occasionally be changed, postponed or cancelled. Parents will be notified by email, through our website or on Facebook. Where a replacement session is offered, no refund will be issued if a gymnast cannot attend. Where no replacement can be offered, a voucher code will be issued for use against the following term. JOINING AFTER TERM STARTS Apply the relevant code at checkout for sessions that have already taken place: Recreational: AUTUMNRECDISC26 Pre-School: AUTUMNPREDISC26 Codes are updated every Tuesday evening. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY For existing members - No Refund will be issued once the session has begun. If your child does not wish to continue at Hart GC, we request you email info@hartgymnastics.org.uk so that the space can be offered to another child. New Gymnasts - if your child does not wish to continue, you can claim a refund for the term within 48hrs, this will be minus the cost of the first session. If after the second session, your child no longer wishes to participate they have an additional 48 hr period but will only receive 50% refund. After this, there will be no refund issued, we request you email info@hartgymnastics.org.uk so that the space can be offered to another child. Preschool Session - can attend 2 sessions and then 48hrs notice for refund minus the 2 sessions. On their 3rd session and within 48 hr period if your child does not wish to participate, you will only receive 50% refund. INFORMATION : Facebook: Facebook is one of our key communication portals, please like our hart gymnastics club Facebook page. We will post updates on here and reminders, if there are any changes to the schedule etc. As well as advertising upcoming events and sharing picture of what we do in class. Feel free to share anything we post and share our posts with your friends. Emails: Please save info@hartgymnastics.org.uk as a safe sender on your emails as sometimes our emails end up in junk or spam boxes. By doing this we can make sure everyone knows the information given.
